Returns & Refunds Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item for a refund (see our non returnable items below).
Refunds are given at our discretion and we ask you to contact us by email prior to returning an item to arrange the return. All items must be returned within 30 days of receipt and we will not accept any returns unless previously notified. All items must be returned in all their original packaging with tags attached and in unused condition.
All returns must be posted back recorded signed for delivery and all postage costs are the responsibility of you the customer. The refund for the goods returned will be in the form of the original payment, either to the debit or credit card used or to your PayPal account. For International returns, please read the important information below.

IMPORATANT NOTICE:
All International Returns
When returning a parcel back to us in the UK, please ensure you mark it as a RETURN on the Customs Label. This is extremely important, as if it isn't marked as a RETURN, then we cannot accept the parcel, as we will be charged Import Duty.
Items which are non returnable include the following:-
- Earrings (including necklace & earring sets)
- Ivory & Co capes which are made to order
- Wedding flowers which are made to order
Please note that no returns will be accepted after the date of your wedding.
