Question: How long does shipping take?

Answer: 

Delivery times vary depending on the product. Most products will be dispatched within 7-10 days. Please let us know the date of your wedding when you checkout to help us avoid any disappointment.

Headpieces such as tiaras, headbands and hair combs are dispatched within 4-5 days.

Veils and bridal separates are dispatched within 10-14 days.

Availa shoes are around 10-14 days. Perfect Bridal Company shoes are 5-10 days. However, this can vary if items are out of stock. We will provide an estimated delivery if this is the case.

There will be occasions when an item is out of stock, you will be notified straight away, to give you an estimated date as to when the item will be back in stock.  

Question: What if my items don't fit?

Answer:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item for a refund (less original delivery charge) within 14 days of receipt, provided it is in all its original packaging, with all tags attached and in unused condition. All returns must be posted back by recorded signed for delivery and all postage costs are the responsibility of you the customer.

The refund for the goods returned will be in the form of the original payment, either to the debit or credit card used or to your PayPal account.  
Non returnable items include - earrings, hair accessories, capes which are made to order and any Sale Items. 

 

Question: Do you ship worldwide?

Answer: Yes, we do but this may affect shipping times accordingly.
