Ordering

UK and International orders can be placed on line 24/7. We are happy to ship orders to any worldwide destination, but these orders will be subject to different shipping charges and delivery times. Goods delivered outside the UK may be subject to Customs and Excise duty which you (the customer) are responsible for paying. 

 

Method of Payment 

We accept payment by PayPal and all major debit and credit cards.  

 

Confirmation of Orders

On placing an order, a confirmation email will be sent to you. If there are any problems with your order, or your item is out of stock, you will be notified as soon as possible.  Once your order has been despatched out, another email confirmation will be sent to you.

 

Lead Times

Most items will be despatched out within 7-10 working days. Some items can take longer if they are out of stock, but you will be advised of this straight away.

Returns & Refunds Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item for a refund (see our non returnable items below).

 

Refunds are given at our discretion and we ask you to contact us by email prior to returning an item to arrange the return. All items must be returned within 14 days of receipt and we will not accept any returns unless previously notified. All items must be returned in all their original packaging with tags attached and in unused condition.

 

All returns must be posted back by recorded signed for delivery and all postage costs are the responsibility of you the customer. The refund for the goods returned will be in the form of the original payment, either to the debit or credit card used or to your PayPal account.  Please see important details below regarding returning International Parcels.

IMPORATANT NOTICE:

 

All International Returns

 

When returning a parcel back to us in the UK, please ensure you mark it as a RETURN on the Customs Label. This is extremely important, as if it isn't marked as a RETURN, then we cannot except the parcel, as we will be charged Import Duty. 

 

Items which are non returnable include the following:-

  • Earrings
  • Ivory & Co capes which are made to order
  • Wedding flowers which are made to order

Please note that no returns will be accepted after the date of your wedding.

 

Discount Codes

Discount codes can only be applied to non sale items.

 

Your Statutory Rights

If for any reason the goods you purchased are faulty or not what you ordered, or do not reach you in perfect condition, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement. Please return the goods in its original packaging with a description of the problem. Once received back, the item will be checked and then we will reimburse you the cost of the return delivery costs and will then send you a replacement out if required.
