UK and International orders can be placed on line 24/7. We are happy to ship orders to any worldwide destination, but these orders will be subject to different shipping charges and delivery times. Goods delivered outside the UK may be subject to Customs and Excise duty which you (the customer) are responsible for paying.
Method of Payment
We accept payment by PayPal and all major debit and credit cards.
Confirmation of Orders
On placing an order, a confirmation email will be sent to you. If there are any problems with your order, you will be advised as soon as possible. Once your order has been despatched out, another email confirmation will be sent to you.
Most items will be despatched out within 7-10 working days. Some items can take longer, but you will be advised of this. Any wedding flowers purchased will take 4-6 weeks to be made.

Returns & Refunds Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item for a refund (less original delivery charge) within 7 days of receipt, provided it is in its original packaging and in unused condition. All returns must be posted recorded signed for delivery and all postage costs are the responsibility of you the customer. The refund for the goods returned will be in the form of the original payment, either to the debit or credit card used or to your PayPal account.
Non returnable items include - earrings and brooch bouquets.
Please note there is no return or refund allowed on 50% sales items.
Discount codes can only be applied to non sale items.
Your Statutory Rights
If for any reason the goods you purchased are faulty or not what you ordered, or do not reach you in perfect condition, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement. Please return the goods in its original packaging with a description of the problem. Once received back, the item will be checked and then we will reimburse you the cost of the return delivery costs and will then send you a replacement out if required.
